Hill Bernard was born in Manchester on December 17, 1994. He was raised in a strict Catholic mining family. In a student paper at Oxford University, he expressed his surprise that he had become a successful actor. He stated, “From my social life, my peers, and my family, there was no indication that this is where I should go.” Hill completed his studies at Xaverian College in Manchester. He also bagged a degree from the Manchester Polytechnic School of Drama.”.
